Unfortunately I’m not able to upload to Strava, due to maintainence work on Suunto site. You’ll have to trust me untill this is working again. So this morning’s run and last night’s one are still pending. Hopefully it’ll be back up and running again today.
I woke up this morning, feeling fine. Had something special, on my mind. Only 1 week this Saturday till my Silverdale race, in Lancashire. It’s a 20 mile trail race in the hills, and my first one of the year. I can’t wait, I’m really looking forward to it. I’ll need to focus my runs on that this week and taper it down a bit next week.
So got up at 5:45am and exited the cats out the window (only slightly against there will Babs, honest). Got my running stuff on and grabbed the ever excited Jackson, on my way out. Was cold this morning, with frost all over but no wind, so I soon warmed up. We head past the Toll house and to the Nene, the rubbish we collected over a week ago is still waiting patiently. Along the willows to Charters, down Bourges Boulevard, over the footbridge and through town. My legs felt heavy this morning, so I’m pleased I did it first thing.
Day 37 done 328 to go.
231.5 miles total
